My name is Mr Earp and I am the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) at Tithe Barn. I am here to offer support and advice regarding additional needs or SEND support for your child. You will meet me when we have review meetings but please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns or need some support. My role as SENCo at Tithe Barn is one of strategic management of SEND in school. My duties include:  overseeing the day-to-day operation of the school's SEND policy. Supporting the identification of children with special educational needs. I help to find the right resources and teaching strategies, and I work with outside agencies.


Our SEND Information Report (below) offers information about how we work to achieve the very best for our pupils with SEND. To demonstrate our commitment to working well with our parents, we have signed the Stockport Co-Production Pledge and use person centred practice throughout school.
